The primary responsibility of the Wilbur D. Mills Education Service Cooperative Early Childhood Administrative Assistant and Early Childhood Receptionist/Secretary is to provide support services for the Early Childhood Coordinator, as well as all Early Childhood Special Education staff and purchase service personnel. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: General office tasks, as well as processing and coding staff travel and purchase service billing; monitoring ECSE budget balances; maintaining records of all ECSE personnel, including licensure and continuing education; and maintaining a computer data base of the children referred and served by the ECSE Program. With 20 staff members, 22 purchase service staff, and referrals numbering upwards of 1000, this is a monumental task. Support staff for the WDMESC Early Childhood Special Education office are:
